NOTTCE OF COMPLETION
3. Pursuai;t to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Breihan
Development, Inc., subdivider, did on the 7th day of August,
33.985, enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to
conE-truct and install certain improvements in that certain
subdivision known as Tentative Map No. 4432-1, Record Map
No.11298, said improvements consisting of street and drainage
iiup rovements in the Ci*_y of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, includinq plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in tha office of the Clerk of the City
of. Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety on the subdivider_'s Bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and ^e payment of labor and
material therefore is Aid Ir7urance Company (Mutual), 701 Fifth
Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, 503u4.
ii. Said improvements were completed and accepte& by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 8th day of August, 1987.
5. Performance Bond Improvement Bond #30969 in the amount of
$117,000.00; 900 ($105,300.00) is hereby released and the
remaining 10% ($3.1,700.00) shall ae held for a period o-r one (1)
year from the acceptance date in paragraph 4 above unless further
notified by the City.
6. Improvement Labor and Material 3)nd x`30969 it the amount of
$59,250.00 may be released in sir. (6) months should no claim be
filed against them with the City of. Encinitas.
7. Monumentat4on Bond =30969 in the amount of $1,500.00 is
hereby released.
8. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council of
the City of Encinitas ror this notice constitutes a waiver of any
def,'.ets in the work of the construction or installation of said
