NOTICE OF COMPUTION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision 14ap Act of the State of California
and Division 1 of Ti.:le 8 of the Sa: Diego County Code, Cameo Development,
a subdivider, did on the 3rd day rt Octobe-, 1984, enter into an agreement
with the County of San Diego to ;onstruct and install certain improvements
in that certain subdivision known as 'T'entative Map 4411-1, Record Hap No.
11052, said improvements consisting of street improvements in Cardiff
Park.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on ;ile in the office of the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Diego as Document No. 668150.
3. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and material
therefor is In:;urance Company of the West, 3570 Camino del Rio North, San
Diego, California 92103
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City Council
of the City of Encinitas on the 25th day of March, 1987.
5. Performance Bond No. 13 13 65: $455,545.00. Improvement portion
$438,240.00; 90% ($394,416.00) is hereby released and the remaining
$43,824.00 shall be held for a period of one year from the acceptance date
in paragra;•h 4 above unless further notified by the City. Monumentation
portion $12,000.00 is hereby released and the remaining portion was Tax
and Assessment Liens in the amount of $5,305.00. Park Land Security
$13,367.00 and Drainage fees $10,800.00 have been paid.
6. Labor and Material Bond No. 13 13 $225,120.00 should be
released in six months should no claims be filed against it with the City
of Encinitas.
7. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council of
the City of 3ncinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects
in the work of the construction or installation of said improvements..
