1. Pursuant --o the Subdivision Mal) Act of the State of California
and Division 1 of. "it le 8 of tae Sari Diego County Co,l,_, Cameo Development,
a subdivider, did on the 3rd day of October, 1984, enter into an agreement
with the County of San Diego to construct- and install certain improvements
in that certain subdivision known as Tentative Map 4411--1, Record Map No.
.1052, said improvements consisting of street improvements in Cardiff
Park.
2. Said agreement, including • !)laps and specifications for said
improve:r,?nts, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Sate Diego as Document No. 668150.
3. Tne name of t•r,e surety on the ubdivi3er's Bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and material
therefor is Insurance Company of the West, 3570 Camino del Rio North, San
Diego, California 92103
4. Said i:,tprovements were completed and accepted by the City Council
of the Cites of Encinitas on th•~ 25th day of March, 1987.
5. Performance Bond No. 13 13 65: S455,545.00. Improvement portion
$438,240.00; 90k ($394,416.00) is hereby released and the remaining
$43,824.00 shall he h:~?Id ,`.or a period o_` one year from tl~,~ acceptance date
in paragraph 4 above unless firt'ner notified by the City. Monumentation
portion $17,000.00 is hereby released and t-.h~~ r-maining portion was Tax
and Assessment Liens in the amount of. $5,305.00. Park Land Security
$13,367.00 and Drainage fees $10,800.00 have been paid.
6, Labor and Mat-erial Bond No. 13 13 65: $225,120.00 should be
released in six months should no claims be filed against it with tee City
of Sncinitas.
7. Neith-,r acce_pt_ance o.`. said improvements by the City Council. of
the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defacts
in the work of the construction or installation of said improvements.
