NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Division 1 of Title 8 of the Sari Diego County Code, American National
Housing Corporation, a subdivider, did on the 9th dby of January, 1979,
enter into an agreement with the County of San Diego to construct and
install certain improvements in that certain subdivisior, known as
Tentative Map 3625-1, Record Map No. 9082, said improvementE consisting of
street and drainage improvements in Village Park Unit #1.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the off ire of the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Diego as Document No. 575429.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 20th day of October, 1986.
4. The name of the surety cn the subdivider's Bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and material
therefor is Industrial Indemnity Company, 505 S. Virgil Avenue, Los
Angeles, California 90005.
5. Improvement Bond #YS 780 862 is in the amount of $789,200.00: 90%
($710,280.00) is hereby released and the remaining 10% ($78,920.00) shall
be held for a period of one (1) year from the acceptance date in paragraph
3 above unless further notified by the City.
6. ;.abor and Material Bond #Y5 7897862 in the amount of $495,000.00
may be released in six months should no claims be Liled against it with
the City of Encinitas.
7. Monumentation Bond #YS 7897863 ir the amount of $12,512.00 is
hereby released. Park Land Security Bond #YS 7897864 in the amount of
$13,392.00 has been released.
R: Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council of
the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects
in the work of the constructiop or installation of said improvements.
