To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about May 31, 2006, the project known as
the "Project CMS02C, Highway 101 Overlay Phase II - "F" Street to Swami's Park Downtown
Encinitas Streetscape Project "A" Street to "F" Street., consisting of the furnishing and installation
of those public improvements including street paving, drainage, and other miscellaneous
appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Sim J. Harris, Inc. was the contractor, and
Safeco Insurance Company of America was the surety, was completed.
