YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about August 31, 2004, the project
known as the "Project, CMSOIE, CMS03A, CMD03B, CMSOIG & CMD99B, Four Street and
Thee Drainage Projects, consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public improvements
including street paving, drainage, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of
Encinitas, in which Zondiros Corporation was the contractor, and Travelers Casualty and Surety
. Company of America was the surety, was completed.
