To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about April 22, 2004, the project
known as the "Project, CMDOOB, San Dieguito Storm Drain Improvements Phase n, consisting of
the furnishing and installation of those public improvements including street paving, drainage, and
other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which K.c. Construction
Company was the contractor, and Safeco Insurance Company of America was the surety, was
completed.
