NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Pursuant to the Contract for the Recreational Trail Bridge Project (PR 04-04), awarded to R.J.
Bullard Construction, Inc. on February 18, 2004, entered into an agreement with the City of
Encinitas involving bridge construction which included:
1. Design, construction and installation of a Recreational Trail Bridge, concrete abutments, and
concrete retaining walls.
2. Said agreement, including 'plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Encinitas on the July 14,2004.
4. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council of the City of Encinitas nor
this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation
of said improvements.
I, Deborah Cervone, City Clerk of the City of Encinitas, a political subdivision of the County of San
Diego, State of California, which is the owner of the public work described in the within Notice of
Completion executed by said City of Encinitas, do hereby certify that I have read the same and
know the contents thereof and that the facts therein stated are true and of my own knowledge. I
make this verification under penalty of peljury for and on behalf of said City of Encinitas.
