as the "Project CMP02D, Hall Property Site Deconstruction/Demolition, consisting of the
demolition and removal of above ground fuel tanks, removal of greenhouses, and other
miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City ofEncinitas, in which West-Tech Contracting, Inc. was
the contractor, and Gulf Insurance Company was the surety, was completed.
