To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about January 16, 2003, the project
known as the "Project CMD02B, Moonlight Beach Urban Runoff Treatment Facility", consisting
of the furnishing and instaIlation of a UV Treatment Facility to treat runoff water from
Cottonwood Creek, installation of submersible pumps including wet well, and other miscellaneous,
appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Falcon General Engineering was the
contractor, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland was the surety, was completed.
