To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about August 5, 2002, the project
known as the "Project CMS97H, Downtown Encinitas Streetscape Project "A" Street to "F" Street.,
consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public improvements including street paving,
drainage, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Hazard
Construction Company was the contractor, and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of
America was the surety, was completed.
