To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about July 22,2002, the project known
as the "Project CMSOIB, Vulcan Avenue Private Electrical Panel Conversions", consisting of the
furnishing and installation of those public improvements including converting private electrical
panels along Vulcan Avenue from Encinitas Blvd. To Leucadia Blvd. and other miscellaneous
appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which National Electrical Contractors was the
contractor, and American Motorists Insurance Company was the surety, was completed.
