NOTICE OF COMPLETION .
Pursuant to the Contract for the. ~VistaNei&bborhood .Park Pro)Q, awarded to Sierra
Pacific West, Inc. on December 12, 2001 enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas
involving neighborhood park construction which included:
1. preservation and re-vegetation of approximately 1.5 acres of riparian habitat, a children's
play structure, picnic facilities, covered seating areas, and two open turf areas for
unobstructed recreational activities
2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said improvements, is on fIle in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Encinitas on the July 17, 2002.
4. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council of the City of Encinitas nor
this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or
installation of said improvements.
I, Deborah Cervone, City Clerk of the City of Encinitas, a political subdivision of the County of
San Diego, State of California, which is the owner of the public work described in the within
Notice of Completion executed by said City of Encinitas, do hereby certify that I have read the
same and know the contents thereof and that the facts therein stated are true and of my own
knowledge. I make this verification under penalty of perjury for and on behalf of said City of
Encinitas.
