NOTICE OF COMPLETION
To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about May 15,2002, the project known
as the "Project CMD99B&CMDOIB, Vulcan Avenue Gd Santa Fe Storm Drain Improvements",
consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public improvements including street paving,
drainage, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Scheidel
Contracting and Engineering was the contractor, and Insurance Company of the West was the
surety, was completed.
