To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about September 1, 2001, the project
known as the "LL Ranch Emergency Access Road Project AFY 2000-2001, CMS99G, consisting
of the furnishing and installation of those public improvements including street paving, drainage,
walls and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in whichS,,~~,
