YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about July 10, 2001, the project known
as the "Pavement Rehabilitation and Overlay Project FY 2000-2001, CMSOIA, consisting of the
furnishing and installation of those public improvements including street paving, striping, and
other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which J.D.Paving, INC. was
the contractor, was completed.
