YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about November 19, 1999, the project,
known as the "ENCINITAS BLVD WIDENING, PROJECT CMS96D, consisting of the
furnishing and installation of those public improvements consisting of street paving, median
island, striping, traffic signals and signs, storm drain, sewer and water, and other miscellaneous
appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which SIERRA PACIFIC WEST, INC. was the
contractor, was completed.
