virtue of the laws of the State of California hereinafter called GRANTOR(S), do( es) hereby grant,

called GRANTEE, the fee title for right of way and incidents thereto for a public highway upon,

Whereas the Board of Directors of the San Dieguito Water District authorized the grant of
lands and authorized and directed the secretary of the district to execute said grant deed
pursuant to the authority conferred by resolution No. 96-12, adopted June 26th, 1996 does hereby
grant said lands described in Exhibits "A" and "B".
