Easement:
The Easterly 5 feet of the Southwesterly 15 feet of the Northwesterly one-half of the
Southwesterly one-half (said dimensions being measured along the Southeasterly and
Southwesterly lines) of that portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 13
South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of
California, according to United States Government Survey, approved April 19, 1881,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly prolongation of the North boundary line of
Cardiff Villa Tract, according to the Map Thereof No. 1469, f1led in the office of the
recorder of San Diego County, August 10, 1912, with the Northeasterly line of the
County highway Route I, Division 1; thence N 31028'00" W along the said Highway line
213.03 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the northeast having a radius of
1275.82 feet and a central angle of 08001'00"; thence Northwesterly along said curve
