rf 14,_0 NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas MUnici.pal Code, Carbys Gleason,
Karen Gleason and Ronald Stacks, a subdivider, did on the 27 (;ay
of Mdy, 1967, entel into an ayYecr,icn: W4th the City of E.ncln'-*:;._
to construct and install certain improvements in that certain
subdivision known as Windsor Creak, Tentative Map No. 3768-1,
Record Map No. 10748, said improvements consisting of street
improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for
said improvements, is on file in the office of the clerk of the
City of Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 28 day of October, 1987.
4. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Letter of Credit
guaranteeing construction of said improvements and the payment of
labor and material therefore is U.S. Community Savings Bank, 515
Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas, California 92024.
5. Letter of Credit: $108,290.00. Street improvement portion is
$70,990.00; 90% ($63,891.00) is hereby released and the remaining
10% ($7,099.00) should be released at the end of the one-year
warranty period. Monumentation portion $1,200.00 is hereby
released.
6. Labor and Material portion $36,100.00 should be released in
six months should no claims be filed against it.
7. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council
nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work
of the construction or installation of said improvements.
