NOTICE OF COMFi,ETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code,
Multitech Properties, Inc., subdividFr, d--d on the 4th day of
December, 1985, enter into an ayr,:ement with the City of
Encinitas to construct and install certain impr.ovements in that
certain subdivision known as Tentative Map No. 4496-1, Record Map
No. 11380, said improvements consisting of street and drainage
improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including plans Gnd sp.-cifications for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City
of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety on the sub3ivider's Bonds ruaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and
material therefore is Developers Insurance Company, P.O. Box
3343, Anaheim, California, 92803.
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 26th day of October,
1987.
5. Performar--e Bond - Improvement Bond #9160055 in the amount
of $68,600.00; 900 ($61,740.00) is hereby released and the
remaining 100 ($16,860.00) shall be held for a period of one (1)
year from the acceptance date in paragraph 4 above unless further
notified by the City.
6. Improvement Labor and Material Bond #9166055 the amour.t of
$34,300.00 may released in six (6) months should no claim be
filed against them with the City of Encinitas.
7. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council
of the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a caaiver of
any defects in the work of the construction or installation of
said improvements.

NOTICE OF COMPLETTON
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Title 24 of the Encinitas Mvnicipal Code, McKellar
Development Corporation, subdivider, did on the 15th day of
January , 1985, enter into an agreement with the City of
~ Encinitas to construct and install certain improvements in that
' certain subdivision known as Tentative Map No. 4328-1, Record Map
No.10818, said improvements consisting of street and clrainaye
improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said
, improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City
of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bonds guaranteeing
constr.uction of said improvements arld th2 paynent of labor and
material therefore is Transamerica Insurance Company, 1150 South
Olive, Los Angeles, California 90015.
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 13th day of July, 1987.
5. Perfcrmance Bond 1:5240-81-61 was posted in the amount of
$1,326,300.00 to ruarantee improvements. The street drainage,
sewer and water facilities and appurtenances improvement portion
is $1,306,300.00; 90% ($1,175,670.00) is hereby released and the
reMaining l00 ($130,630.00) shall be held for a peried of one(1)
year from the acceptance date in pararraph 4 above unl.ess further
nctified by the City.
6. The monumentation security portion of the bond ($20,000.00)
is hereby released.
7. Improvement Labor and hlaterials Bond ?5240-81-61 in the
amourt of $663,150.00 may be released in six (6) months should no
claims be filed against them with tha City of Encinitas.
ts. Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (La Jolla Bank and Trust
Comi;any) in the amount of $34,900.00 for erosion control work
surety is hereby released.
9. On February 4, 1585 the Agreement to Improve Subdivision was
amended to include a$20,000.00 guarantee for the correctlcn of a
sight distance preblem along Mar.chester Avenile. This bond #524-
87-86 in the amount of $20,000.00 is hereby released.
10. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council
of the City of Encinitas nor t.iis notice constitutes a waiver of
any defects in the work of the const.ructioil or installation of
said improvements.
