1.. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act af the State af California
3nd Title 24 af tre Encinitas Municipal Code, Daniel H. wiegand,
a subdivider, did on the 17th day of Mav, 1991, enter into an
' agreement with the City of Encinitas to construct and install
certain improvements in that certain subdivisian known as TM 88-
J_15, Tentative Map No. 88-115, Record Map No. 12644, said
improvements consisting of street improvemEnts in the City of
Encinitas.

2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 22nd day of May. 1991.
4. SECURIZ•Y: Security for warrarity of work is in the farm of
letters of credit, pravided by San Dieguito National Bank, P.O. Box '
I 926, Encinitas, CA 92024-0905. The amount of the letters of
