the west lines of Lots C and D were recovered 8/24150 by N.P. Browne, Job # 958, Field Book

M ESTABLISHING RUBENSTEIN DRIVE S LOCATION & CURVE DATA was found of that work. Many of Browne 's monuments were found by the County of San
Diego in 1955 when the

The County notes show that the LS 2318 pipes were 3/4 ", Browne shows 1" pipes, apprently

The County urveyor's ice attempted a retracement survey of Block 86 in July and August of 1955 (see

The radius of the curve at the northwest corner of the lot is shown as 18.25 feet but from feet 19.75 comp utes r the County Field Book 0-5,
Pages 63 thru 71). Since Blarney Lane was vacated in 1956, that work may have been
