Those N.P. Browne (L51162) August 1950 20 1'0 hi 20' monuments have no known origin and are rejected hereon both for the wet line of Brahms Road and for the north -south Monuments on the west lines of Lots C and D were recovered 8/24150 by N.P. Browne, Job # 958, Field Book position of the lot line coming in from the west. 26, Page 16. Subsequently, Browne apparently set monuments on the east lines of those lots, however no record g Jr S M ESTABLISHING RUBENSTEIN DRIVE S LOCATION & CURVE DATA was found of that work. The County now sets several spikes on the centerline of Rubenstein Drive, and other places to of that line can't be fixed using proportionate methods because map data along the rear line is not consistent from one side of the line to the other, and because Lot B fails to close by about 2 f eet. perpetuate their field work.
