This study was based upon a review of the off- si te basin draining through your property from the northeast as well as an analysis of the on-site conditions based upon the recent Grading Plan prepared by RCE 43772. Your property is located on relatively high ground with on-site drainage from the front yard area running to the northwest. That portion of the site drains approximately 2/3 acre and developes 1. 4 cfs of run-off. The on-site drainage generated by the most southwestely portion (the tennis court area of 0.26 ac) follows natural patterns away from your property to the southwest. The majority of your site (1.84 ac) generates 3.45 cfs which drains southeasterly to join the off-site drainage traversing your property and exiting at the most southeasterly corner. Attached are support- ing basin study maps and computer calculations for the various basins. This study was si te basin draining through your well as an analysis of the on-site Grading Plan prepared by RCE 43772. Your property is located on relatively high ground with on-site drainage from the front yard area running to the northwest. That portion of the site drains approximately 2/3 acre and developes 1.4 cfs of run-off. The on-site drainage generated by the most southwestely portion (the tennis court area of 0.26 ac) follows natural patterns away from your property to the southwest. The majority of your site (1.84 ac) generates 3.45 cfs which drains southeasterly to join the off-site drainage traversing your property and exiting at the most southeasterly corner. Attached are support- ing basin study maps and computer calculations for the various basins. In conclusion, there are no changes to prior existing drain- age patte as a result of the development of your site.
