ORDINANCE No. 93-01
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN INSTALLMENT SALE AGREEMENT WITH
THE ENCINITAS PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
The Board of Directors of the San Dieguito District does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Aooroval of Enterin~ into the Installment Sale A¡:reement.
Pursuant to Section 54241 of the California Government Code, the San Dieguito Water District
(the "District") is hereby authorized to enter into a formal installment sale agreement in the principal
amount of not to exceed $9,000,000 with the Encinitas Public Financing Authority for the purpose
of fmancing the District's share of the costs of upgrading and improving the Badger Filtration
Plant. This ordinance is subject to the provisions for referendum applicable to the District. This
ordinance shall be published not less than 5 days prior to adoption and within 15 days following
adoption in the Coast Dispatch.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the San Dieguito District at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 17th day of November, 1993.
