HYDROLOGY
Dear Mr. Jensen:
The purpose of this report is to calculate the existing Q100 that
crosses the offsite private easement road as proposed by the
Improvement Plans for "Burgundy Road (Private)".
The existing runoff tributary to the low point in Burgundy Road
(Node 1, Exhibit A) is 8.89 cfs as calculat~d herein. The

proposed development does not 1n any way 1ncr~se or furth~
concentrate the 100 year runoff from the existing condition.\

Due to the fact that a subterrainian storm drain system requires
acquisition of offsite easement rights, and is not warranted,
Burgundy Road was designed to simulate the existing drainage
patterns and flows. In an effort to minimize potential erosion
damage to adjacent properties, a 6" type 'A' AC berm is provided
along the proposed west edge of pavement. (E.P.) A cutoff wall
is then proposed underneath the west E.P. from the end of the
berm to 25' south of the low point to protect the pavement and
adjacent property from undermining and erosion.
It is the professional opinion of Pasco Engineering that the
proposed improvement of Burgundy Road will not increase the
runoff or the potential for erosion damage to adjacent
properties.
