FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Dustin Campbell, Trustee of the Richard F. Campbell Trust,
the undersigned, herein designated GRANTOR(S) owner(s) of the hereinafter described lands, for a valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby GRANT and CONVEY to THE CITY
OF ENCINITAS, hereinafter called GRANTEE, a perpetual "Sight Distance" easement to maintain proper
vehicular sight distance over, upon and across that certain real property, in the County of San Diego, State
of Califomia, described as follows:
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN EXHIBIT "A-I" AND DEPICTION IN
EXHIBIT A-l"B", ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE.
a) Grantor also grants for itself and its Successors and assigns the right to Grantee to enter upon the subject
land and remove or trim any vegetation or other obstruction contrary to the purpose of this easement.
b) Grantor covenants and agrees for itself and its Successors and assigns not to construct any structure or
plant any vegetation within the sight distance easement.
c) The granting of this easement is for the pUrpose of controlling the use of the land within the "Sight
Distance" easement and does not authorize or imply that subject land may be used by the general public.
d) Grantee its successors and assigns shall maintain the easement area free of visual obstructions in
perpetuity.
