Appointment of Council Members to
Boards.
City and Regional Committees and
BACKGROUND:
Council Members serve on various Committees and Boards throughout the region. In
addition, Council Members serve as Chair and Vice Chair on several City Boards. AnnuallY,
the Mayor makes recommendations for these appointments and they are then ratified or
modified by the entire Council.
The selection of the Mayor will occur on December 14th. Due to the short time-
frame it was not possible to include the Mayor's recommendations in this
agenda report but will be presented at the December 15th meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Ratify or amend the Mayor's recommended appointments.
