IN COMPLIANCE:
The Planning and Building Director of the City of Encinitas has detennined that the parcel of real
property described below has been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The parcels
described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map
Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcel may require issuance
of a pennit or pennits, or other grant or grants of approval.
This project is to establish two existing legal lots. Future property buyers should contact the City of
Encinitas to detennine any potential restrictions on alterations, modifications or additions to the
individual lots and residences.
It has been detennined that the subject property meets the standards for the issuance of a Certificate of
Compliance pursuant to Chapters 24.80.020, 24.80.040 and 30.04 of the City of Encinitas Municipal
Code.
