, It was moved, seconded and carried that the Secretary be in-
structed to advertise the petitian of Kata W. Marsh in the
Oceanside Blade according to the Irrigation Act and file the
I ` petition. _
aotion made by J. Frank Cullen, duly seconded and carried, that
fhereas, on February Seventh 1917 the folZowing men were re-
elected as Directors of the Cardiff Irrigation District for a
terrn of 'four years and ~'HEREAS, the A(aryland Casualty Co. did
execute a good and sufficient bond to !J Frank ^ullen and E. E.`:
Young, both elected directors or. said 3ate. These bonds bear the
date of Feb.7,1917 and mature as providpd by law on r^eb.7,1917
~ THEREPOR"E, the bonds bearing the date of Feb. 1915 cease, determi
ine as to any act or acts under which there could be liability
on said bonds on or after Feb.7,1917.
