IHEREAS, aL the regular meeting of the Cardiff Irrigation Dist- '
rict, held at the office on April 3,1917, a contract was entered I
into with the Fairbanks, Morse Co. for the purchase of,a durlex •
plunp;ex pump. The total aMOUnt ef rhich ras t?25.00 net. The said ~
• numr ras delivered and installed at their wells, but it was found ;

a trial of the same that it could not be used for the reas- ,
on that it rvould require a larger motar, consequently arrange-
ments were made with them to ac"pt the return of sa?nP rith the
~ understanding that they were to return contract with notes and
reimburse the District for the amoiint oi" the first payment, less
shipping cqst,
THEREFORE, upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the
resolution was adopted.
The reports of the Treasurer, Z'ax Colleetor were duly submitt-
ed, verified and epproved and ordered filed..
Upon motion made, duly seconded and carried the meeting ad-
journed.
