Frank Cihllen ZArith the assistance of John Covert cor.fer ivith ':~.P,.Hall, a well driller of E1 Cajon with reference to drilling wells for Cardiff Irri?ation District on certain lands lying on the Escondido CreeYi, to meet the requirements of the ;tate N'n`ineer. This was duly seconded by J. L. N.inney and carried. A motion was made by J. Frarlk Callen that J. L. 11inney, be appointed Secretary of the Cardiff Irri`ation District and to beoin the duties of his office September lst, 1916, this motion was duly seconded and carried.
