The President called the meeting to order and requested the secretary to read the minutes of the previous meeting of May 2nd, 1916, which were duly appro-Ved as read. ; The president than requested the secretary to read any communications e►hich had been r eceived by her since the last meeting of the Board. The secretary than presented a communi- . cation from the Engineer Record, a publication devised to engin- eering matter, requesting data respecting the distrcit for pub- lication for which no char~es v~as to be made, and upon motion du- ly made, seconded and carried the secretaty was instructed to give the data requested.
