RESOLUTION NO. 48
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADMINISTRATION
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 87-002
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 602-616 OLD HIGHWAY 101
WHEREAS, a noticed, public hearing was conducted by the Board
of
Zoning
Administration
on
April
7,
1987,
at
which
time
documentary and oral information was presented and considered.
A
copy of the application is attached hereto marked "Attachment A"
and incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set
forth.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Zoning Administration of the
city of Encinitas, that based upon the information presented during
the hearing of this matter, the Board of Zoning Administration
finds as follows:
1.
The ten foot landscape strip along the frontage of the
property abutting Old Highway 101 improves the overall
appearance of the subject property.
2.
The addition of one parking space will not detract from
the use of the property. The additional parking space
will provide for more on-site parking which may be needed
during the time periods when students are being
transported to and from the school.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Zoning Administration
hereby approves design review for 602-616 Old Highway 101.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached Staff Report referred
to as Attachment "B" is incorporated herein by reference as though
fully set forth.
