RESOLUTION 97-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ENCINITAS RANCH GOLF
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.1 TO
TRUST INDENTURE
WHEREAS, the Encinitas Ranch Golf Authority (ERGA) issued revenue bonds for the
purposes of constructing a golf course; and
WHEREAS, the ERGA Board of Directors authorized the execution of an Indenture of Trust
between ERGA and First Trust of California; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an amendment to the Indenture of Trust is necessary to
correct and clarifY language in this Indenture relating to the disposition of excess amounts m the
Reserve Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors ofí.Í1e Encinitas Ra..>Jch
Golf Authority to approve the Supplemental Agreement No.1 to the Trust Indenture as contained here
in Attachment 1 to the Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1997, by the following vote to wit:
