RESOLUTION NO. 99-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE ENCINITAS RANCH GOLF AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING UNION BANK OF CALIFORNIA
TO ACCEPT AND DEPOSIT PAYMENTS FOR
THE ENCINITAS RANCH AUTHORITY
INTO THE CITY OF ENCINITAS GENERAL CHECKING ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Encinitas Ranch Golf Authority (ERGA) receives accounting support
from the City of Encinitas; and
WHEREAS, the Assistant City Manager for the City of Encinitas sits also as the
Manager for ERGA; and
WHEREAS, the City of Encinitas is responsible for the handling of cash and certain
other financial functions, yet maintains and records these payments in separate internal funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of ERGA to
Authorize Union Bank of California to deposit into the City of Encinitas general checking
account all check, wire transfer or direct transfer payments made payable to ERGA.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 1999.
