Jim Hirsch spoke to the Community Advisory Board requesting
that item 7-D be moved up. The Community Advisory Board moved
item 7-D to the first Public Hearing item.
Nancy Tougaw spoke to the Community Advisory Board expressing
continued concern over the drainage problems associated with
the Monaco project.
