Public Works Representative discusses Monaco Development storm
drainage issues and possible solutions that have been studied.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
A.
Two speakers discuss drainage problems that apparently
have resulted from the Monaco Development. They
recommend that a solution to this problem be found.
B.
Board Member Orr directs staff to agendize for April 23,
1990, Community Advisory Board discussion of drainage
problems in Cardiff and the proposal for a Citizen/city
Staff/Community Advisory Board subcommittee be set up to
address these issues. In addition, staff was directed
to provide a summary of three drainage studies that have
been produced in the area of the Monaco Development.

clarification:

Item I.1.D should read -
"The conversion of any portion of the Accessory Apartment
balcony or garage area of the proposed structure is
hereby strictly prohibited. No additional living area
is permitted unless approval is granted by the City
pursuant to Municipal Code and development requirements."
2.
