ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Dennis Ferlito spoke to the Community Advisory Board on two
issues:
1)
Asked whether the City has a view preservation ordinance.
Staff responded that if developments adhere to the
standard height envelope than the project for a single
family residence may be approved without Design Review
approval; and
2)
Whether a new development is required to contain drainage
on-site. Staff responded that drainage is required to
be retained on-site or diverted to an approved storm
drain system subject to the City's Grading Ordinance.
