CASE NUMBER: 91-197 DR/V APPLICANT: New Investments (Paul Basten) LOCATION: 2120 Montgomery Avenue DESCRIPTION: CAB II Hearing to consider Design Review and a variance for duplex to exceed the 26 ft. standard height limit to 28 ft. 6 in., exceed 40% lot coverage limit to 43%, extend beyond the 6 ft. vertical height limit for stairs in the side yard to 6 ft. 6 in. and encroach 3 feet into the 20 foot rear yard setback. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt from Environmental Review per CEQA Section 15303(b). Eight month review of Minor Use Permit No. 91-054 for Horticultural Sales and Packing and Processing of Plant Material for Property Located at 1290 Birmingham Drive (Property Owner: John Wilson). The Board reviewed the eight month review report and concurred that the use is in compliance with conditions of approval of Resolution C-91-18. 9.
