site; 2. Identify 26 ft. and 28 ft. 6 in. lines on story
poles; 3. Describe special circumstances applicable to lot to
justify variance requests; and 4. Consider whether roof-line
can be redesigned to reduce potential view blockage, and
provide more of a view corridor through the site.
