Project site shall provide screening (or trash enclosure)
for anyon-site trash recepticals.
4.
visual screening shall be provided for any trucks parked
on site.
5.
All loading and unloading activities shall be conducted
on the subject site.
6.
Trucks servicing the subject site shall not use the
Crest/Birmingham intersection as a turn-around.
7.
The applicant shall provide evidence that the leasing of
the subject property will not result in a merging of the
lots, per section 66424 of the State Map Act.
8.
This minor use permit shall return to the Board in 8
months in order to determine whether the conditions of
this approval are being satisfied.
