appointed member Bruce Hall as Chairman and member John

Adoption of three resolutions acknowledging the
outstanding services rendered by previous CAB members
David Anderson, Steve Cruz, and Calvin Tom.
3.
Board member Crimmins discussed with the Board members
the CAB's action of April 27, 1992, regarding the Land
Use Decision making process.
