ORDINANCE 93-02
AN ORDINANCE OF 1BE ENCINITAS SANITARY
DISTRICT SUPERSEDING ORDINANCE 93-81 RELATING
TO DISTRICT BOARD REGULAR MEETING TIME
The Board of Directors of the Encinitas Sanitary District does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
A. Regular Meetings of the Encinitas Sanitary District Board of Directors shall
be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month and shall commence at 4:00 p.m.
B. Regular meetings shall be conducted in the City Council Chambers of the City
of Encinitas at 505 South Vulcan Avenue.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance was introduced on Aus!Ust 25. 1993.
