ORDINANCE NO. 92-02
AN ORDINANCE OF THE ENCINITAS SANITARY DISTRICT
AMENDING THE ENCINITAS SANITARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS
RELATING TO CONNECTION FEES
The Board of Directors of the Encinitas Sanitary District does
ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That Article III of the Encinitas Sanitary District
Regulation No.1 is amended to read as follows:
Article III Connection Fee. A connection fee of $1,954.00
is established for each dwelling unit or equivalent dwelling unit
connected to the sewer of the ~ncinitas Sanitary District. The
number of equivalent dwelling units prescribed in this Code shall
be used to compute the amount of the connection fee. The Board of
Directors shall review the propriety of the fee amount during the
month of April of each year.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance was introduced on May 5th, 1992
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 1992 by
the following vote, to wit:

NAYS:
Hano

ABSTAIN:
None
