ORDINANCE NO. 92-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE ENCINITAS SANITARY D STRICT
AMENDING THE ENCINITAS SANITARY DISTRICT GULATIONS
RELATING TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGE
The Board of Directors of the Encinitas Sanitary District does
ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That Article II, Subsection A of the Encinitas S
District Regulations is amended to read as follo s:
A. single Family -- For each single fa ily dwelling,
charge of One hundred and Fifty-Four DOLLARS ($154) per year.

That Article II subsection B 'of the
District Regulations is amended as follows:
B. All multiple dwellings, including ap rtments, courts,
trailer courts, mobile home parks, motels, and h tels, shall pay a
charge of One Hundred and Fifty-Four DOLLARS ($ 54) per year.
SECTION THREE:
That Article III subsection A of the E cinitas Sanitary
District Regulations is amended as follows:
A. ,-For each newspaper, service station, car wash, market,
restaurant, bakery, movie, " laundry, laun romat, hospital,
convalescent, nursing or e=rest home, or any oth r related activity
or industry not disposing industrial waste, a s rvice charge of
One DOLLAR and Ninety-Seven CENTS ($1.97) p r month for each
Hundred 'Cubic Feet of water used.

That Article III subsection ;B of the

SECTION FIVE:
Sanitary
That Article IV, Subsection B of the
District Regulations is amended as follows:
Minimum Charge -- A minimum service charge f One DOLLAR and
Forty-Five CENTS ($1.45) per month for each Hund ed Cubic Feet of
water used.
SECTION SIX:
This ordinance was introduced on May 5th, 1992.
