SPECIAL MEETING, FEBRUARY 8, 1995, 6:00 P.M.

Keeting called by notice pursuant to G.C. Section 54956.
Since ,this Joint Special Meeting was included with the Regular City
Council meeting, Mayor DuVivier chaired the meeting and called the
meeting to order at 6:14 P.M.
Present:

Bond, John Davis, and Gail Hano.

Item #16 was moved to the Consent Calendar by Board Member Hano.
Hano moved, Davis seconded to close and adopt the amended Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Aspell, Bond, Davis, DuVivier,
Hano; Nays: None.
