Meeting called by notice pursuant to G.C. Section 54956.
Since this Joint Special Meeting was included with the Regular City
Council meeting, Mayor DuVivier chaired the meeting and called the
meeting to order at 8:41 P.M.
Present:
Board Members Chuck DuVivier, Lou Aspell, James Bond,
John Davis, and Gail Hano.
Absent:
None.

Hano moved, Bond seconded to continue the item to the February 8,
1995 Council meeting. Motion carried. Ayes: Aspell, Bond, Hano;
