MINUTES OF ENCINITAS SANITARY DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 9, 1994, 6:00 P.M., 505 S. VULCAN A VENUE
President DuVivier called the meeting to order at 6:35 P.M.

There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
Hano moved, Wiegand seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Bano,
Wiegand; Hays: None.
