Suelter.
President DuVivier requested a 6-month review/analysis of the
replacement and expansion funds and to review the options of
bonding for unfunded Master Plan projects and what increase would
be necessary to cover the cost of bonding.
Management Analyst Suelter said council had directed staff to
return with a resolution to adopt the Financial Plan and ordinance
94-04 increasing the annual sewer service charges from $154 per
Equivalent Dwelling unit to $170.
Clerk Pool read the ordinance by title.
Bond moved, Wiegand seconded to adopt Resolution 94-02 and
ordinance 94-04 waiving further rea4ing. Motion carried. Ayes:
Bond, Davis, Duvivier, Wiegand; Nays: Hano (voting no only on
Ordinance 94-04)
Information Items -- No discussion or action to be taken.
Public Works Director Nelson said construction on a sewer main was
currently being done on a portion of Encinitas Boulevard
restricting westbound traffic to one lane for the next three to
four weeks.
